When you complete the inquiry and checkout form, we may receive your name, restaurant or business name, job title, email address, phone number, website or social link, preferred timeline, acknowledgments, payment status, and information you later provide for the project. Our payment provider processes payment-card and transaction information; Graphic Wardrobe does not receive or store your full card number.
How we use information
We use this information to review and fulfill your order, communicate about the project, process and document payment, prevent fraud, provide support, maintain business and tax records, enforce our terms, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate this offer, including Tally for forms, Stripe for payment processing, website hosting providers, print-on-demand and ecommerce platforms selected for the project, and communication or file-storage tools used during delivery. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Payment information submitted through checkout is also subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
When information may be shared
We share information only as reasonably needed to deliver the service, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business reorganization. We do not authorize service providers to use your information for their own unrelated marketing.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including project delivery, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, subject to identity verification and any legal recordkeeping requirements. You may also opt out of promotional messages at any time; project and transaction messages may still be sent as needed to provide the service.
Children
This business service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this offer.
