Before creative work begins
You may cancel for a full refund if Graphic Wardrobe receives your cancellation request before creative work begins. “Creative work begins” when Graphic Wardrobe starts project-specific strategy, research, design, copy, mockups, store configuration, or production setup after receiving your onboarding materials.
After creative work begins
Once creative work begins, the $500 service fee is non-refundable because production time has been reserved and project-specific labor has been performed. Choosing not to continue, changing direction, delaying feedback, failing to provide materials, or deciding not to launch does not create a refund right.
If Graphic Wardrobe cannot perform
If Graphic Wardrobe cancels the project or cannot provide a material part of the agreed service, you will receive a fair refund for the unperformed portion. If no project-specific work has begun, that refund will be the full $500.
Third-party charges
Product samples, platform fees, payment-processing charges, taxes, shipping costs, and other third-party expenses are separate from the service fee and are governed by the applicable provider’s policy. Graphic Wardrobe cannot refund amounts paid directly to another provider.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Contact Graphic Wardrobe promptly through the contact method on the Graphic Wardrobe website. Include your name, restaurant name, checkout email, purchase date, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing time varies.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
